1. Keep your tires inflated at the correct pressure. Under inflated tires cause tire wear and poor fuel performance

2. Make sure your spare tire is inflated and you have a jack

3. Have cooling system checked. The summer heat and winter cold are tough on your cars engine.

5. Avoid aggressive driving. Fast starts and sudden stops create additional wear and tear

6. Have your battery tested

7. Check and top off all fluids

8. Store an emergency kit your car
